The Gifted Putterer has worked professionally as an interior designer, project manager and exhibition and event coordinator for the past fourteen years. In those years my love for making & finding things has grown into a passion. Whether it be tramping through barns and factories for one-of-a-kind finds, upcycling antiques, matting and framing an amazing antique map of Brooklyn, bicycle advertisement or classroom illustration or finding charm in the most utilitarian objects, my designs are consistently characterized by an unassuming application of organic texture, fauna and an unabashed appreciation for old stuff. I’m sharing some of those things with you here.
